Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data WorkDone collects, how it's used, and your choices. We aim to collect only what's needed to run the app.

What we store

The content you create — projects, milestones, notes, links, and any documents or voice notes you upload — plus basic account information and app preferences. If you set up a voice clone, a short voice sample is stored to generate it.

How it's processed

Your data is stored with our cloud provider (Supabase). To power AI features (briefs, milestone plans, summaries, and chat), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Read-aloud audio is generated on our own servers and trusted voice providers. We don't sell your personal data.

Usage & diagnostics

We keep limited usage records (for example, AI and premium-voice usage for cost and abuse prevention) and basic logs to operate and improve the service.

Data retention & deletion

Your content is kept until you delete it. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from Settings — this removes your projects, documents, notes, voice clone, and your login itself, and cannot be undone.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

WorkDone isn't directed to children under the age required by your local law for online services. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
